Shipping policy

Processing time

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Pre-order items ship on or before the date shown on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order ships when all items are available unless we notify you otherwise.

US shipping rates and delivery times

Standard shipping: $8.00, typically 3-7 business days after processing.
Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
Express shipping: $15.00, typically 1-3 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays can occur, especially during holidays or bad weather.

International shipping

We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

Order tracking

Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering an in-stock item, contact us.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help file a claim. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right (see our Refund Policy).

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will do our best to help.
