Refund policy

We want you to love your ORINEX products. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare, soap bars, serums or Quiet Tape.
Gift cards and items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and we cover all shipping costs.

How to start a return

Email royalempireholdings23@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason.
We will reply within 1-2 business days with return approval and instructions.
Ship the item to: ORINEX Returns, 26100 Newport Rd, Ste 12, Menifee, CA 92584, United States. Please include your order number in the package. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item), we cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the refund.
